Tommy McNamara

Tommy McNamara is a comedian who recently moved to New York from Chicago. Tommy is a Sports Headline Contributor for the Onion. While in Chicago, he was a cast member of the prestigious Lincoln Lodge, the longest running independent comedy showcase in America. Tommy has performed at respected comedy venues all over the country, including: The Improv in Los Angeles, UCB in both New York and LA, Knitting Factory, The Comedy Attic, Zanies, Up Comedy Club, and Laugh Factory Chicago (where he was a regular). McNamara comes from a well rounded comedy background, as a graduate of the writing, improvisation, and conservatory programs at the Second City. Tommy has performed on the side stage of the Oddball Comedy Festival (as the Chicago winner of Funny Or Die’s Road 2 Oddball Tour), Great American Comedy Festival, Devil Cup in NYC (semi-finalist), the Crom Comedy Festival,the Comedy Exposition of Chicago, Thunderfest, and had his own show at the 26th Annual Comedy Festival (Tommy McNamara and Friends). In 2016, Tommy performed a set that was featured on The Show Show on SeeSo. His show Tommy McNamara Unplugged sold out venues in both Chicago and New York. He misses you!
