Madeline Maser is a comedian and artist living in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She is a graduate of The Second City’s Conservatory, iO Theatre’s training program, and Annoyance Chicago’s improv program. Currently, she performs regularly with her teams Mutual Slayer, Dingus and RAVE, as well as in the upcoming Annoyance NYC production Filthy Laundry, a musical about the Magdalene laundries in 1950’s Ireland, and Fetch, a character-driven improv showcase. She has also performed as Ellen the Virgin in Splatter Theatre, written for and performed in numerous Annoyance Triple Features, taken part in sketch and improv shows and festivals in NYC and Chicago, creates large-scale drawings based on audience suggestions at live events, and illustrates for and “performs” as her reoccurring character Plage in the Brooklyn comedy publication Hausfrau Magazine. She originally hails from Okoboji, Iowa, collects stinky vintage shoes, and is still going through her awkward baby-goth phase.
